SolatPK Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules, Rights & Responsibilities

Welcome to SolatPK. By accessing or using the SolatPK website at solatpk.bet — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "Member") and SolatPK (the "Platform" or "we"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use SolatPK and should close your account if one has already been created.

SolatPK reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Use of SolatPK is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. SolatPK will not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances, and any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.

You must be the account holder and must not register or use an account on behalf of any third party. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on SolatPK. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or not — are a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and review of any associated withdrawals.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must not be excluded from gambling — either by self-exclusion through SolatPK or through any applicable external scheme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not use any automated systems, bots, or scripted tools to access or interact with SolatPK.

SolatPK may at any time request identity verification documents to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account restriction or closure.

To use SolatPK's real-money features — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and VIP programme participation — you must register a verified account. Registration is free. You will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. SolatPK will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to SolatPK support promptly.

SolatPK reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time. This may include requesting government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and verification of payment method ownership. Accounts placed under review will have withdrawals held until verification is complete.

All deposits and withdrawals on SolatPK are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). SolatPK does not hold funds in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversions. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal maximums vary by VIP tier — standard limits apply to Silver and Gold members, with higher limits available at Platinum and custom limits at Diamond tier. Specific limits are stated within your account panel.

• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with proof of the transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed based on your VIP tier: standard (Silver), priority (Gold), fast-track (Platinum), and instant (Diamond). Standard processing is typically completed within 24 hours.
• SolatPK does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be held pending identity verification if SolatPK deems this necessary for security or compliance purposes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that you own and have previously used to deposit on SolatPK.

SolatPK offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rakeback. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

General bonus rules that apply across all SolatPK promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are in PKR and are credited to your bonus balance, which is separate from your main wallet balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted bonus funds expire after this period with no cash value.
• Bonuses are available to one household, one device, one IP address, and one payment method per person. Attempting to claim bonuses in excess of this will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• SolatPK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn during an active period, any progress already completed by eligible players will be honoured.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly prior to completion of wagering requirements.
• SolatPK's VIP rakeback is not subject to wagering requirements — it is credited directly to your main wallet each Monday.

All bets placed on SolatPK — whether on live casino games, PSL betting markets, or other sports — are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, reverse, or modify a bet once it has been accepted by the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure all bet details are correct before confirming.

Live Casino (Baccarat, Andar Bahar): All live casino games on SolatPK are operated by certified live dealer studios. Game results are determined in real time by a physical dealer and are final. SolatPK does not influence game outcomes. In the event of a technical interruption mid-game, bets are settled according to the last verifiable game state recorded by SolatPK's system. If no state can be verified, the bet is voided and the stake returned.

PSL & Sports Betting: SolatPK offers pre-match and live in-play betting on PSL fixtures and selected Pakistan international matches. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of bet placement. Payout is calculated as: Stake × Odds. In the event a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the official competition rules published by PCB or the relevant cricket board. For PSL, bets on incomplete matches are typically voided unless the match has reached the point defined in SolatPK's PSL betting guide.

• Minimum bet across all markets: Rs 100
• Maximum bet limits vary by market, game type, and VIP tier
• Palpable errors in odds (clearly incorrect prices) may be voided at SolatPK's discretion
• Live score data on SolatPK is for information purposes — it is not the authoritative source for bet settlement

SolatPK's VIP Club operates across four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with tier progression based on lifetime cumulative wagered amounts. Tiers upgrade automatically and are permanent once reached. Tier downgrade does not apply.

Weekly rakeback is calculated on total bet volume placed between Monday 00:00 PKT and Sunday 23:59 PKT and credited every Monday morning. Rakeback rates: Silver 5%, Gold 10%, Platinum 15%, Diamond 25%. Rakeback credits carry no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn immediately.

• Loyalty points are earned on all eligible bets. PSL betting earns 2 points per Rs 100 wagered; all casino games earn 1 point per Rs 100 wagered.
• Redeemed loyalty point credits carry a one-time x1 playthrough before withdrawal. Rakeback funds do not.
• Points expire after 12 months of inactivity for Silver; 12 months for Gold; 18 months for Platinum; never for Diamond members.
• SolatPK reserves the right to adjust loyalty point earning rates, VIP tier thresholds, or rakeback percentages with 14 days' notice. Any changes will not retroactively affect already-credited rakeback or earned points.
• VIP Club membership does not constitute a financial product and confers no legal right to any specific earning level beyond what has already been credited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on SolatPK and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one SolatPK account, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically claiming bonuses in a manner that violates promotion terms, including using multiple accounts, devices, or payment methods to obtain additional bonus funds.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets in a coordinated manner designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, whether through use of multiple accounts or in coordination with other players.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-powered betting systems, or any automated method to place bets or interact with SolatPK without prior written approval.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks, or providing false information for verification purposes.
• Money laundering: Using SolatPK to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities. SolatPK complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any third party, or placing bets on behalf of another person.

SolatPK's security team actively monitors account and transaction patterns. Suspected violations will result in immediate account restriction pending investigation. Players found to have committed prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any funds held on the platform at the time of suspension.

SolatPK is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that online gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or an activity that causes harm. Available tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and indefinite self-exclusion. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour reflection period before activation.

• Self-exclusion suspends your account for the chosen period and cannot be reversed before expiry.
• During self-exclusion, all promotional communications are suspended.
• Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to contact SolatPK support immediately — restrictions can be applied on your behalf within minutes.
• All SolatPK services are strictly for players aged 18 and above.

SolatPK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where these Terms have been violated, where fraud is suspected, or where regulatory obligations require it.

If you wish to close your SolatPK account voluntarily, contact support at any time. Any balance in your main wallet at the time of closure — excluding bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.

In cases of account closure for Terms violations, SolatPK reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, funds may be forfeited. Any forfeiture decision is communicated to the account holder in writing.

All content on the SolatPK platform — including but not limited to the SolatPK logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, game interface, and software — is the intellectual property of SolatPK or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any SolatPK content without prior written permission.

The SolatPK name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of SolatPK's brand identity is a violation of trademark law and will be pursued accordingly.

SolatPK provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability, SolatPK does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

SolatPK's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's verified main wallet at the time any claim arises. SolatPK is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, or emotional distress.

SolatPK is not responsible for any losses incurred due to internet connection failures, device failures, or any factor outside SolatPK's direct operational control. In the event of a technical failure that materially affected the fairness of a game or bet, SolatPK will investigate and, where warranted, void the affected bets and return stakes.

SolatPK may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, SolatPK will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by legal or regulatory obligation.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of SolatPK after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
