Deposits & Payments

Withdrawals

Log in → go to Wallet → select Withdraw → choose your withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard) → enter the amount → confirm. The withdrawal is processed to your registered payment method. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 1–4 hours, often much faster. IBFT bank transfers take 1–24 hours depending on your bank's processing times. Card withdrawals take 1–3 business days. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members have priority processing.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no fixed maximum withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in tranches for payment processing reasons. SolatPK does not charge any platform fee on withdrawals.

Withdrawals in "pending" status can sometimes be cancelled from your Wallet page before they are processed. Once a withdrawal moves to "processing" status, it cannot be reversed. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) is the total betting volume you need to complete before bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place Rs 20,000 in cumulative bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Your progress is visible in the Promotions tab of your account.

During registration, there's an optional promo code field in Step 2. Enter any code you have there. For existing accounts, promo codes can be entered in My Account → Promotions → Enter Code before making a qualifying deposit. If you disconnect after a bet is placed, the game outcome is still recorded and any winnings are credited to your account — you don't need to be connected at the moment of resolution. If you disconnect before placing a bet for that round, no bet is recorded and no funds are at risk. All resolved hands are visible in your game history after you reconnect.

Yes — SolatPK supports accumulator bets combining multiple selections across different matches or markets. Add each selection to your bet slip and the combined (multiplied) odds are displayed automatically along with your potential return in PKR. Minimum two selections for an accumulator. Bets are settled once the official result is confirmed. For PSL matches, settlement typically happens within 30–60 minutes of the match finishing. Winnings are credited to your main wallet balance immediately upon settlement. In-play bets on specific events (e.g., next wicket) are settled immediately after the event occurs.

If a match is officially abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the result is determined, all single-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to your wallet. Your PKR balance is held securely throughout the exclusion period and is not used for any other purpose. At the end of a temporary self-exclusion, your balance remains in your wallet when you return.
